Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven and technically savvy individual to join our team as a Product Specialist. This role will be responsible for driving business development of our innovative sustainable materials while providing technical support to customers throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of our materials and their benefits, along with excellent business acumen, as well as good communication and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential customers and industry partners to generate sales opportunities.
- Develop and execute company’s strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and technical consultations.
- Provide support in material testing and evaluation.
- Prepare technical reports, case studies, and marketing materials highlighting the performance and benefits of our products for use in startup competitions, sales activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Technology, or related field. Master degree is a bonus.
- Strong technical aptitude. Knowledge about sustainable materials and manufacturing processes will be a bonus.
- >3 years’ experience in relevant positions or industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent business acumen, with strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Good written and spoken communication skills in English and Cantonese.
